Alhaji Abubakar Yahaya Karaku, the former Okene local government area council chairman and chairman, Elders Advisory Council, Kogi Central Senatorial District has called on electorate in the district to support Governor Yahaya Bello overwhelmingly.
Karaku made the call on the popular radio TAO FM on Wednesday while drumming up his campaign for all APC candidates in Kogi central.
He appealed to aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) not to leave the party, especially those who failed to win in their respective primary election held in Kogi Central senatorial district.
He urged them to work with Gov. Bello in the interest of Ebiraland and party.
The former PDP chieftain highlighted the ongoing projects across Kogi central which includes construction of Kuroko Eika Itakpe road, Inoziomi Pakwu Ogaminana road, Agasa Upogoro checkpoint road, Obehira Okengwe Ihima road, Iruvucheba Idoji road.
He called the attention of electorate in Kogi Central to on-going water project in Ebiraland and the security of lives and properties being enjoy in Ebiraland.
Alhaji Karaku urged people of Kogi central to collect their permanent voter cards.
He advised youths to shun violence and embrace peace and he also urge the people of kogi central to support the new direction administration led by Governor Yahaya Bello.
He reminded them that the governor is their son and one of them, encouraging them to vote all APC flagbeares in Kogi Central senatorial district.
